What if my size is not in stock?
If a product you like is not available in your size, in most cases we can manufacture your size. Please contact us and include the link to the product, the product #, the colour and the size you would like. We will get back to you as soon as possible, and let you know if we are able to manufacture the size and by when.
Can I get a different colour or personalise a shoe I have seen on your web site?
Yes! We specialize in made-to-order shoes and our craftsmen are happy to work with you to better understand your needs and discuss available options. Check out our gallery of customer inspired designs. We are eager to hear from you, get in touch with us.

What if I do not need the cardboard shoe boxes?
You can let our sales representatives know at the time of your purchase and we will put the shoe box to the side and use minimal packaging. To reduce the footprint on the environment, we re-use our shoe boxes.

Is there a time limit for returns?
We believe in treating our customers fairly and offer a 14-day return policy for full-priced products returned in their original condition. Read our policy here.
Can I return custom-made orders?
Our goal is to make our customers happy. We will do our best to make minor adjustments to customised orders to ensure that you are satisfied. However, we cannot accommodate returns of custom-made orders.
