Returns can be made at any Julien R store for your convenience. We provide a 14 day return policy.
Our Return Policy
We want our customers to be satisfied with our products, and we will always do our best to provide high-quality products and service. We believe in treating our customers fairly and gladly accept returns of full-priced, unused and undamaged products within 14 days of the original purchase. We ask that our customers treat us reasonably as well, and to return an item in its original condition, with all packaging included and with the related invoice/receipt.
- To process your return, you must provide the original invoice/receipt. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns without the original purchase invoice/receipt.
- To process a return of an item purchased as a gift, it must be accompanied by a gift invoice/receipt. The purchase amount will be refunded to a Julien R gift card/voucher.
- We may not accept a return if the item is not in its original condition, is used or is damaged.
- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We cannot accommodate returns or exchanges of custom-made or altered products.
- Gift cards and vouchers cannot be returned.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds for a returned item that does not comply with our policy.
